About Dixie Outdoors
Founded in May 2017, our company began as a humble side hustle cutting grass while working full-time, with a heartfelt goal to help pay off student loan debt. From the start, prayer and faith have been at the core of our journey. Inspired by Philippians 4:6-7, we committed to entrusting every step to God, asking Him to provide opportunities and receive the glory through our work.
With over 15 years of professional experience in the landscape and construction industry, the transition to a full-time business in July 2021 was the result of steadfast prayer and faith. Today, we celebrate seven years of serving our community with quality and integrity, striving to honor God through strong relationships and meaningful work.

“Matt is a genuine man. He does the work and does it the right way. I have seen him personally put doing the job the right way over making money. He did a large concrete job for my driveway and someone in the process didn’t do the right thing before the concrete was poured and he found out after the concrete was poured and tore it all out and redid everything so it was done the right way! I have years of experience working with contractors and other business owners and experienced those who would have left it that way. Matt is not like that he is still one of those who runs his business the correct way over the most profitable way! He does a great job and is dependable!”
